This is my LAST week of Country Heat! Monday and Tuesday I’ll do my last two workouts and that’s it! I’ve had SO much fun with this program and am adding people to my accountability group every Monday this month (challenge group enrollment form is at the bottom of the post).
In addition to that, I’m also running a FREE Yoga and Clean Eating challenge starting tomorrow. We will be using Beachbody On Demand and following the exclusive to BOD program, 3 Week Yoga Retreat.
