21 Day Fix Meal Plan ~ Week 1 of 21 Day Fix

So I’ve been coaching for almost 3 years…would you believe me if I told you I NEVER completed a full round of the 21 Day Fix? I’ve followed the nutrition for years because it pairs so well with any program I’m doing. Well, this week that changes! Day one was today. Not going to lie, Total Cardio Fix was not easy for this non-cardio loving girl. Autumn really likes to work shoulders, doesn’t she?!

Here is the plan I am following this week.  Each color represents a different color coded portion control container.

I am following the 1800-2099 calorie bracket.  I am on the maintenance plan and am not eating at a deficit.  You will need to figure out the bracket that is right for you.  And if you are not already actively working with a Beachbody coach and you need help getting started, simply create a FREE Beachbody account with me as your coach HERE!
