It’s summer!! ☀️ And living a life of BALANCE means having fun and enjoying myself while maintaining this healthy and fit lifestyle the best we can! Memorial Day weekend was a blast and I definitely indulged with LOTS of yummy food. This week I’ve gotten back on track with making smart choices and my workouts. It’s all about LIVING life and not depriving ourselves – it’s fit(ish)!
See…this journey is not ALL or NOTHING. It’s healthy shakes and workouts. But it’s also knowing it’s ok to eat carbs or order dessert and that extra drink.
It’s life. It’s balance. And it’s meant to be fun. THIS is what healthy means to me. 🍎🌮🥒🍦🍕🍋
