This week I am starting Core de Force and I am SO excited! Core de Force is a new MMA program from trainers Joel and Jericho. More details at the end of this post.
The meal plan follows the same portion control containers as the 21 Day Fix meal plan, which is awesome because I love how I feel when I eat using it’s guidelines. It takes the guesswork out. No counting calories, just containers. If it fits, you eat it. Week 2 and 3 of the program are a little different because of the intensities of the workout. Week 4 it goes back to the original plan.
Here is the plan I am following this week. Each color represents a different color coded portion control container.
I am following the 1800-2099 calorie bracket. I am on the maintenance plan and am not eating at a deficit. You will need to figure out the bracket that is right for you. Most of the recipes from this week come direct from the CDF nutrition guide. The Mango-Lime dressing sounds amazing and I’m doing my version of the Steak and Mango-Lime salad (with chicken). The Jalapeno and Cheese Burgers, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and BBQ Chicken Pizza are all from the guide.
