Hammer and Chisel Meal Plan ~ Week 7

Just 2 weeks left in Hammer and Chisel!  Crazy!!  Already trying to figure out what to do next and I’m pretty certain I’m going to follow the 30-day Hammer schedule.  I am so in love with this program!! It’s tough and so challenging but that is exactly what I am looking for…seeing lots of changes already so far.

Did you know that the Hammer and Chisel meal plan follows the same color coded portion control containers as the 21-Day Fix? So I did not even have to drastically change up my meal plan from my previous weeks…

I am following the 2100-2399 calorie bracket.  I am on the ‘build muscle’ plan and am not eating at a deficit.  You will need to figure out the bracket that is right for you.  And if you are not already actively working with a Beachbody coach and you need help getting started, simply create a FREE Beachbody account with me as your coach HERE!

Here are a couple of the recipes from this week:

Honey Mustard Dressing

1/2 cup reduced fat Greek yogurt

3 TBSP Dijon Mustard

3 TBSP honey

3 TBSP rice vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

sea salt to taste

Combine all of the ingredients except for the olive oil, whisk well to combine.  Slowly add oil until well blended.
