21-Day Fix Meal Plan for a 22 Hard Corps/P90X3 Hybrid

Haha that’s kind of confusing right? 21-Day Fix meal plan for a 22 Hard Corps/P90X3 Hybrid? Ok so here’s the thing…I will never not follow the 21-Day Fix meal plan because of how awesome it is and how amazing it makes me feel. It’s SO simple and I know I’m getting the right balance of all the foods I NEED to properly fuel my body.

I started 22 Hard Corps on 3/21 but I realized over the last couple of weeks that I am NOT a cardio girl! And it’s not simply because I don’t like it, but cardio leans me out very fast, which I do not need. I need to build strength and I honestly missed my weights from Hammer and Chisel!

My husband actually just started P90X3, which is my all-time FAVORITE program so I decided to cut the cardio from Hard Corps are replace it with X3!  I thought this would give my husband a little extra accountability as well…

Here is my meal plan for this week.  Each color represents a different color coded portion control container for the 21-Day Fix meal plan…

21-Day Fix meal plan

I am following the 1800-2099 calorie bracket.  I want to maintain my weight and am not eating at a deficit.  On days I am extra hungry I will add in an extra veggie or protein and take it day by day.  You will need to figure out the bracket that is right for you.  And if you are not already actively working with a Beachbody coach and you need help getting started, simply create a FREE Beachbody account with me as your coach HERE!

Here are a couple of the recipes for this week’s 21-Day Fix meal plan:

Honey Mustard Dressing

1/2 cup reduced fat Greek yogurt

3 TBSP Dijon Mustard

3 TBSP honey

3 TBSP rice vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

sea salt to taste

Combine all of the ingredients except for the olive oil, whisk well to combine.  Slowly add oil until well blended.
