21 Day Fix Meal Plan – Core de Force Prep Week 1

This week I am starting my prep for Core de Force – a new MMA program from trainers Joel and Jericho. It releases 11/1 and details are in this post! I cannot wait. Still following the 21 Day Fix meal plan (if it’s not broke right?) and continue to love how I feel when I eat using it’s guidelines. It takes the guesswork out. No counting calories, just containers. If it fits, you eat it.

Here is the plan I am following this week for my Core de Force prep.  Each color represents a different color coded portion control container.

I am following the 1800-2099 calorie bracket.  I am on the maintenance plan and am not eating at a deficit.  You will need to figure out the bracket that is right for you.  And if you are not already actively working with a Beachbody coach and you need help getting started, simply create a FREE Beachbody account with me as your coach HERE!

I’m also using Blue Apron for the first time this week! Excited to try and love the simplicity of it all. There are 3 meals right there that I know I’m having and didn’t have to shop for.
