CORE DE FORCE is the first program from our newest Super Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews. I met trainers Joel and Jericho on the Beachbody cruise this Spring and was not familiar with their workouts AT ALL. Since I’ve been prepping for the launch of Core de Force with a hybrid of workouts — including 4 of theirs and a few from X3, I’ve realized I’m kind of obsessed with the both of them! ?

What are the Workouts Like?
There are 3 different types of workouts that will make up Core de Force. The main focus will be on workouts that are inspired by MMA, Kickboxing and Muay Thai combinations. There will also be bodyweight training to sculpt and tone your muscles, and cardio intervals to elevate your heart rate and burn fat quickly,
What Equipment is Required?
NONE! Core de Force focuses on moves that use your own body weight to really shred and tone your body. If you are working out on a hard surface, I do suggest using a yoga mat or towel. However, if you’re really into MMA already, it may be worth purchasing products mentioned in product reviews, such as MMA glove reviews.
Is the Program High Impact/Is there a Modifier?
YES, there is a modifier! And as for the program being high impact, Joel Freeman has said himself that both he and Jericho are not big fans of high impact exercises (he actually had a knee injury in the past that prevents him from doing workouts that are very high impact), but there are some moves that are higher impact. For those moves, you can just follow the modifier and still really put your muscles to work.
I am kicking off my Core de Force Test Challenge Group for my NEW and CURRENT customers on November 7th.
We have already started prepping for this program and I can add you to the group at any time between now and then. I will provide a schedule of workouts using Beachbody on Demand and help you plan your meals until we officially start. We will start our pre-game which consists of goal setting, pictures, measurements, meal planning and education on the nutritional plan the week before our start date of that following Monday.
For 30 days I will guide you daily through the program with support, accountability, access to an online closed group for support and guidance. Each participant is required to purchase the Core de Force Challenge Pack/Program and commit to replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group.
