80 Day Obsession is Beachbody’s newest, and most intense program in a long time. Those up for the challenge WILL see amazing results, which I got to see first hand from my good friends in the initial test group. Check out these before and afters as you read through!

80 Day Obsession is a new program created by fitness expert Autumn Calabrese. She also created the 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Hammer and Chisel, Country Heat and more. The hybrid schedule we will be following is a mix of 21 Day Fix, Fix Extreme and the Chisel workouts. On 12/20, A Little Obsessed will launch on Beachbody On Demand and we will be doing this for a week as well. Each workout is 30 minutes and it is designed to give you a taste of what 80 Day Obsession is all about!
So what is 80 Day Obsession exactly?
It’s 80 days of obsessive focus on fitness and nutrition spread over 13 weeks.
It is an effective, step-by-step approach to building a shaped, curvy butt while simultaneously shrinking your core.
Is it extreme? YES!!! The workouts are intense and they average 45 minutes to an hour in length. You will be following a professionally calibrated macro-nutrition plan perfectly timed throughout the day to produce amazing results at each phase of the program. Yes the program is intense and it is designed to help you get in the absolute best shape of your life. So it is really important that you follow the program to the “T” in order to get the results that you are expecting. The awesome part is, it takes ALL of the guesswork out of WHAT to EAT, and WHEN to EAT it.
This program works your entire body but there are days specifically designed to work your butt, your legs, your core, arms and cardio. Every single workout throughout the 80 days is different!
Who is 80 Day Obsession for?
This program is for anyone who wants to literally get strict with their nutrition and see how far they can go with results!! You do need to have a base level of fitness and you do have to understand portion fix and clean eating. If you have more than 40 pounds to lose I suggest using the next few months to get within that 40 pound goal so that this program is the most effective for you.
