80 Day Obsession Meal Plan – Week 1

I have not been this nervous and excited about a program since almost 4 years ago when I was starting T25 as my very first program ever. I’ve been talking about it for weeks. We’ve been prepping for it for weeks. And now it’s time. 80 Day Obsession is here!

I NEED this program. I need the intensity of the workouts. I need the timed nutrition plan – YES PLEASE tell me exactly what to eat and when!! I need the support of my group. I NEED the structure and schedule.

I am following the 1800-2099 calorie bracket.  I am on the maintenance plan and am not eating at a deficit because I’m breastfeeding.  You will need to figure out the bracket that is right for you.  And if you are not already actively working with a Beachbody coach and you need help getting started, simply create a FREE Beachbody account with me as your coach HERE!

80 days of obsessive focus on fitness and nutrition. Results like this require a serious commitment but it can be done.

It WILL be tough.
There will be days you’ll want to quit.
You’ll need to be stronger than your excuses.

And the end result will be INCREDIBLE.

✨My next 80 Day Obsession group kicks off  2/5. We will be doing A Little Obsessed and tackling the nutrition part of it the first week so we are READY to roll on 2/12. Then it’s ALL in for 80 days!
